The Vall d’Incles was the port of salvation for the sailors of Noah’s Ark. After the great flood Noah saw in the middle of the immense blue sea a ring protruding from the peak of Fontargent (2,618 meters). There he moored the ship and as the waters receded, Noah let his cattle graze in the Incles Valley.”

You are about to live a gastronomic experience in the iconic Unnic Restaurant, which has based its design on this mythical Andorran legend of Noah's Ark.

The reproductions of the cages of the animals in the ark, the waves of the sea represented in the shape of the bar, the wings of the birds on the ceiling, the clouds in the sky, the caves and the peaks of Andorra on the walls, they will make you feel in a different world, in a special place.

On our menu you will find a careful selection of market products that fuse the best Mediterranean cuisine with traditional Andorran mountain cuisine.

Our chef is pleased to present the 2024 summer menu where you will find cheeses from the Pyrenees, select meats and rice dishes that will immerse you in Andorran culture.
